For most trips 2–4 weeks of lead time are enough. In peak season (May–September, school holidays, weekends) and for multi-day tours we recommend 6–8 weeks. Last-minute requests are possible but the pool of available operators shrinks.

If a group does not fit into a single coach (more than 50–80 people), operators coordinate multiple buses for the same booking – including synchronised departure times, joint routing and a unified price structure.
