Payment is due 14 days before departure. Right after you book, you receive the invoice by email – you have until the due date to transfer. For last-minute bookings (less than 14 days of lead time) payment is due immediately.
If no provider accepts your direct price within the deadline, your request automatically turns into a classic offer request – you'll receive individual offers to choose from. No additional cost.
Yes. Every provider has their own cancellation terms, which you see before booking. The standard model is staggered: the closer to the trip date, the higher the cancellation fee.
Date, route or passenger count can usually be changed for free with enough lead time – just coordinate directly with the assigned provider. Larger changes may require a new match.
